How to Get Here
Soldotna is located on the Alaska road system, approximately 150 miles south of Anchorage. The drive south takes visitors around the awe-inspiring Turnagain Arm, then through the beautiful Kenai Mountains. Soldotna is also located 10 miles from the Kenai Municipal Airport, which has daily non-stop flights to Anchorage.
Soldotna Creek Park has a 300' accessible ramp (with assistance) leading down to the 2,300' river boardwalk. Centennial Park has 1 accessible fishing platform on the Kenai River. For more information on accessibility on the Peninsula, contact the Independent Living Center.

The local Visitor Center has great information on fishing, shopping, dining, and local events. Be sure to stop by their website, their community calendar, or their physical office on the Sterling Highway, right at the Kenai River Bridge in Soldotna.
