SOLDOTNA POLICE DEPARTMENT PRESS RELEASE

AND THE DEFENDANTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNLESS AND UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY**
On 10-25-17 at 9:23 a.m., Soldotna police responded to a business on Binkley St for a disturbance. Investigation led to the arrest of Ernesto Escontrias, 39 of Soldotna, for assault in the fourth degree. He was taken to Wildwood without bail.
On 10-25-17 at 2:36 p.m., Soldotna police responded to Central Peninsula Hospital for a person refusing to leave the premises. Donna Juliussen, 31, of Kenai, was arrested for criminal trespass in the second degree and taken to Wildwood. She was also issued a citation for violating her court ordered conditions of release.
On 10/29/17 at 12:07 a.m., Soldotna police contacted Georgia Tackett, 38, of Soldotna, and arrested her on an outstanding warrant. Tackett was taken to Wildwood on $250 bail.
On 10-30-17 at 9:22 p.m., Soldotna police contacted an intoxicated female in the Salvation Army parking lot. Georgia Tackett, 38, of Soldotna, was arrested for consuming alcohol in violation of her court ordered conditions of release and taken to Wildwood without bail.
On 10-31-17 at 7:28 p.m., Soldotna police contacted a vehicle in the parking lot of the Blazy Apartments. Percellar Hicks, 26, of Soldotna, was issued criminal citations for driving while license revoked and for not having vehicle liability insurance and released.
On 10-31-17 at 9:42 p.m., Soldotna police stopped a vehicle on Redoubt Avenue near Fireweed Street. Chase M. Jenson, 27, of Soldotna, was arrested for driving without a valid license and resisting arrest and taken to Wildwood.
