Mindful Strength

Tai Chi, Pilates, Yoga and strength         movements combined in one class to increase overall strength of the body while calming the mind. Introductory and modified yoga      practice to improve flexibility and circulation. Combination of strength building Pilates, cardio building aerobics, and rhythmic Tia-chi to strengthen and build the body. This is a great class for those needing modified movement.

Fee: $7 drop-in

$50 for 10 week session

Dates: Jan 24th to April 4th

No class March 14th

Days: Thursdays

Time: Noon to 1:00 pm

Ages: Adult & Teen
