Ordinance 2019-003 – Increasing Estimated Revenues and Appropriations by $9,000 in the Utility Fund and the Utility System Capital Improvements Fund, for Supplemental Funding to Conduct the Effluent Discharge and Source Water Treatment Study for the Wastewater Treatment Plant (City Manager)  
     3. Ordinance 2019-004 - Increasing Estimated Revenues and Appropriations by $125,000 in the Utility Fund and $125,000 in the Utility System Capital Improvements Fund to Replace the Generator at Well C (City Manager)

     1. Resolution 2019-008 – Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with HDR Inc. in the Amount of $43,561 for Professional Design Services on the Effluent Discharge Alternatives and Source Water Treatment Study Project (City Manager)  
    *2. Resolution 2019-009 – Approving Amendments to the Marker Section of the Soldotna Community Memorial Park Administrative Policy (City Clerk)  
    *3. Resolution 2019-010 – Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with ATS Alaska in the Amount of $72,170 for the Council Chambers AV Upgrade Project (City Manager)
