     *1. Resolution 2019-001 – Adopting an Alternate Allocation Method for the FY19 Shared Fisheries Business Tax Program and Certifying that this Allocation Method Fairly Represents the Distribution of Significant Effects of Fisheries Business Activity in FMA 14: Cook Inlet Area (City Manager)  
     *2. Resolution 2019-002 – Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Contract with MGT Consulting Group in the Amount of $26,940 for an Information Technology Assessment (City Manager)  
     *3. Resolution 2019-003 – Adopting the City of Soldotna’s Fiscal Year 2020 Capital Improvement Plan for State and Federal Funding Requests (City Manager)  
      4. Resolution 2019-004 – Authorizing Participation and Sponsorship of the Alaska Transportation Alternative Program Grant Application and Maintenance Commitment (City Manager)
