    *2.  Ordinance 2017-010 – Increasing Estimated Revenues and Appropriations by $700 in the General Fund for Library Donations Received to Support Library Resources and Programs (City Manager) (Public Hearing on April 26, 2017)  
    *3.  Ordinance 2017-011 - Increasing Estimated Revenues and Appropriations by $105,000 in the Utility Fund and the Utility System Capital Improvements Fund for Utility Related Expenditures on the South Kobuk Street Pavement Rehabilitation Project (City Manager) (Public Hearing on April 26, 2017)
